We are proud of our Italian heritage and that’s why we play with both tradition & innovation so that you can offer a product that is unique for quality, flavor & structure.

Who should attend our gelato making classes?

Learning the true art of gelato making takes time, effort & dedication, but the results are amazing, especially in countries were the market is wide open for you! Our gelato making classes are specifically designed for beginners & professionals who want to learn how to handcraft the true, artisanal gelato that is completely made from scratch, with no pre-made flavorings from gelato companies, powder bases, colorants or corn syrups of any sort.

You will learn to craft authentic gelato that is healthier, easier to digest, nutritious, well-balanced & so much better than any of your local frozen dessert competitors.  

How are we different from ALL other gelato classes in the US?

We are not here to sell you on any equipment or pre-made ingredients. We are here to address your specific needs and teach you a from scratch process that you will not learn anywhere else in the country. 

Our professional & online gelato making classes are one-on-one (or two if you’d like to bring your partner or assistant) and are totally customizable to your own needs. Classes range from 1 day training for professionals who want to stop using power mixes to a 2/3 days, full immersion for first time, aspiring Gelatieri. You get our undivided attention and answers to ALL your questions. You get access to years of experience in the trenches not only on the gelato part, but on the business, planning and operational side.

What we can do for YOU: we address your current situation & plans, we discuss all machine options & ingredients, you learn how to create your gelato base & flavor recipes from scratch,  you learn how to craft perfect sorbetti (vegan, water based flavors) & vegan gelato flavors (with a non dairy "milk" like almond or soy), you'll understand the role of sugars in gelato and what all natural thickeners you should use and how. You learn the business directly from someone that has been there and still is!

Where do we teach our classes?

Our professional gelato making classes are held either online, live, or at our state of the art gelato lab located at 12 W Market St in West Chester, PA 19382. At our Cafe we have a private classroom and a kitchen equipped with the newest Italian gelato machines for hands-on training.

West Chester, Pennsylvania is located about 45 minutes south-west of Philadelphia & the Philadelphia International Airport, in the heart of the Main Line. We are also about 10 minutes away from Exton Amtrak train station, which ensures an easy ride from NYC & North Jersey.
